Pierhead Tavern

Keeping to my Scottish roots, when the Pierhead Tavern (located on the lovely Isle of Arran) got in touch I jumped at the opportunity to help them rebrand, refocus and create a better online presence for the pub. Initially the request was just to help them create a website however, after chatting with Ana (the new owner), we decided it was best to create a new catalogue of imagery paired with new menus and general graphics to use across the venue.

A quick ferry over and all in a days work, I'd photographed the pub allowing the website to shine alongside refreshed logo design, brand guidelines and just a general modern feel being brought to a heritage brand. To ensure client editability down the line, the site was created in Squarespace as opposed to a custom build (or in a more complex platform like Framer). This approach ensures clients have the ability to customise the site whenever they need to, allowing more fluid updates whilst not effecting the general look of the website.
